Leaders ADAPT notes that the widely cited 788 percent executive coaching ROI comes from a single Fortune 500 case study published in 2001, and that the 7x median return comes from a 2009 survey where only 9 percent of respondents could supply the underlying figures. Treat any ROI number as context, never as a promise.
